4. Written estimate
You receive a clear, upfront estimate before any repair work begins.
5. Your approval
No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the estimate.
6. Repair
We complete the approved repair while protecting your floors and surfaces.
7. Functional check
We verify the appliance operates correctly before we consider the job done.
8. Warranty & support
We explain workmanship warranty terms and how to reach us if anything comes up.
